We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Freight Broker with a strong background in brokerage and logistics management. This individual would be required to have some book of business already and is looking to grow with a company that can provide benefits and support! Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics and currently has carriers and customer relationships in their niche. In the office or working from home is available for the right person!

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Management: Grow your existing book of business by maintaining strong relationships with shippers and carriers. As well as taking on and growing new business brought from the sales team.
  • Carrier Management: Build and maintain a reliable network of qualified carriers to service the customers.
  • Load Management: Booking, covering, and servicing freight for our customers and carriers.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all shipments comply with DOT regulations, state permit requirements, and company policies

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Freight Broker or Logistics Coordinator
  • Ability to add to our carrier and customer network immediately
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency with industry software, including TMS platforms, load boards (DAT, Truckstop), and Microsoft Office products.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or office environment.

Compensation

  • Salary based on experience plus uncapped weekly, and monthly commissions/incentives.
