Driver Recruiter (Commission-Based – Remote)

Lynch Group is seeking a Driver Recruiter to help expand our network of professional Class A drivers and connect qualified candidates with meaningful opportunities on our team.
This is a remote, commission-based opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, sourcing talent, and working within the transportation industry.
If you have connections in the driver community or experience recruiting CDL drivers, this is an opportunity to turn those relationships into results.

What You’ll Do

Source and connect with Class A CDL drivers through networking, outreach, and recruiting platforms
Conduct initial conversations to assess qualifications and fit
Prepare candidates for interviews and provide a clear understanding of the role
Submit qualified candidates through our hiring process
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process

What We’re Looking For

Experience in recruiting, transportation, or sales (preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to identify candidates who align with both job requirements and company culture
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
