Customer Success Representative at Records Management Center

We are looking for someone who’s organized, people-focused, and ready to be a key part of our customer success team. As a Customer Success Representative, you’ll be the go-to for our customers – assisting in setting up services, supporting them, and ensuring they feel confident in the critical services we provide.

This role blends relationship building, problem solving, and good old-fashioned follow-through. If you’re someone who likes to keep things moving, stay on top of the details and make life easier for others, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Supporting new customers from onboarding to full rollout, making sure they feel taken care of from day one
  • Quoting inbound leads and walking potential customers through what we offer
  • Processing invoice payments and helping with any billing questions
  • Answering calls and emails with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset
  • Working with internal teams to solve problems and get customers what they need
  • Keeping customer records up to date in our CRM system
  • Spotting ways customers can get more value from our services
  • Sharing feedback from the field so we can continue improving what we do

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role
  • Someone who’s comfortable talking to people, communicates clearly, and asks good questions
  • Confident using technology
  • Organized and proactive
  • A solid team player who’s positive, reliable, and up for learning new things
