Mission
As a Document Imaging Specialist, it is your main responsibility to produce the highest quality product for our scanning customers. Specific areas of focus for this role include Document Prep, Electronic Document Imaging, and Quality Control.

What You’ll Do
- Digitize records with precision – Prep, scan, and convert high volumes of hard-copy documents into clear, accurate digital files.
- Ensure document quality – Review images in real-time, verify image quality, completeness, and accuracy, and perform post-scan cleanup and file naming.
- Organize and process documents – Remove staples, sort, and prepare files for scanning with care and consistency.
- Use OCR tools – Apply Optical Character Recognition software and Adobe tools to make documents searchable and user-friendly.
- Maintain equipment – Perform daily maintenance and light troubleshooting on scanners and related software.
- Follow process, improve process – Work within defined procedures while offering input for efficiency and innovation.
- Protect data – Handle all documents with professionalism, maintaining strict confidentiality and security protocols.
- Support the team – Pitch in wherever needed to ensure team goals are met and profitability is maintained.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in document imaging or digital records is a plus, but we’re open to training someone with the right attitude and drive.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro (or similar tools).
- Keyboarding Skills: Average 50–60 WPM typing and 8,000+ KPH 10-key speed.
- Physical Capability: Able to lift 35 lbs. and carry short distances up to 10 times per shift.
- Personal Traits: Dependable, organized, detail-focused, and eager to contribute to a collaborative, productive team.
- Adaptability: Willing to take on different tasks and flexible with work hours when needed.
- Commitment: Ready to see long-term projects through and take pride in doing the job right.
