Job Title: Inbound Sales Coordinator
Location: Bangor, Maine
Reports to: Sales Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a chance to play a key role on our sales team by being the first point of contact for new customers. You’ll be responsible for responding to inbound leads, preparing proposals, and helping businesses find the right shredding and information management solutions. You’ll also support our sales team with outreach and events, making sure every customer interaction reflects our high standard of care.   • Some experience in sales, account coordination, or customer support.
  • A motivated self-starter who thrives on helping people and businesses find solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a professional and approachable style.
  • Someone with excellent follow-up skills who ensures no lead or customer request slips through the cracks.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative teammate who works well across departments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
  • Occasional local travel for meetings and conferences.
  • A professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in inside sales, B2B, or service industries.
  • Familiarity with information management, shredding, or related services.
  • Knowledge of regional business networks or industry associations.
