What You’ll Do
- Delivering, receiving, and transporting confidential client materials
- Providing exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service
- Using handheld scanners and inventory tracking systems
- Completing logs, vehicle inspections, and DOT documentation
- Assisting with scheduling, inventory checks, and bin/box placement
- Upholding strict safety, security, and confidentiality protocols
Requirements
- 1–2 years of route driving and customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 70 lbs repeatedly and up to 90 lbs occasionally
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to pass DOT physical, criminal background check (7 years), drug screening, and physical capability assessment
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and paperwork accuracy
- Comfortable working independently and following verbal/written instructions
- Tech-savvy with mobile devices and scanners
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
