THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a chance to bring fresh, creative marketing to a traditional “under the radar” industry. We operate in logistics, transportation, shredding, warehousing, and information management – sectors not known for flashy marketing – but we believe that’s exactly where smart, eye-catching ideas can help us stand out from the rest. You’ll get to experiment with creative designs, digital campaigns, and event marketing, all while building a broad skill set. Some days you’ll be designing a new campaign, other days coordinating an event or preparing materials for an important meeting. No two weeks will look the same.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create marketing materials and content for social media, email, websites, and collateral for a variety of brands.
- Post and help manage content on company social channels.
- Keep websites updated with basic edits, blog posts, and form integrations.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, trade shows, and company events; coordinate with sales team.
- Design and format proposals, presentations, and other materials for internal and client use.
- Support leadership with special projects and day-to-day priorities.
MUST HAVES IN A CANDIDATE
- 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or design experience (or related internships/freelance work).
- Experience with Adobe, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Working in major social media platforms is second nature.
- Strong writing and attention to detail.
- Organized, versatile, and eager to learn.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in B2B or service industries.
- Basic photo or video editing skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and sales tools (Mailchimp, Pipedrive CRM).
- Understanding of basic SEO or Google Analytics.
