The Warehouse/Delivery Team Member plays a pivotal role in the seamless work of our logistics operations, focusing on the handling of customer products from the point of receipt to storage, and ultimately, to the distribution and doorstep delivery. This role is crafted to ensure an effective and efficient flow of operations, guaranteeing that all products are accurately located, carefully handled, and promptly delivered to satisfy our customers’ needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operates forklift and other machinery needed to transport heavy items around the warehouse.
  • Loading and unloading of goods and supplies and ensuring the proper handling of the same.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory in the work area.
  • Maintaining quality in the warehouse and keeping track of all damaged inventory and reporting the same to the supervising authorities.
  • Proper packing, labeling, and tagging of the inventory in the warehouse.
  • Maintaining and servicing of warehouse equipment like forklift, trucks, and railcars.
  • Conducting cycle counts of inventory as directed.
  • Working in accordance with all safety regulations.
  • Identify, separate, and palletize merchandise to be relocated to appropriate areas of the warehouse.

Education, Experience & Knowledge Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior warehouse experience a plus
  • Forklift experience a plus
  • 26’ non CDL-A straight truck experience a plus
  • Possess time management skills and meet targets
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills.
  • Great problem-solving skills and special awareness.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 70+ lbs.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, lifting assessment, and drug screen.
  • Drug screen MUST BE negative for marijuana, including medical and recreational.
  • Must be reliable and willing to work longer hours on occasion.
